Instead, the firm initiated a comprehensive guerilla marketing program that included innovative messaging and covert marketing to downtown employees during grand opening week at 50% of the cost of a traditional campaign.

As a result of the campaign, VyStar exceeded their new member acquisition goals by 300% during the grand opening period. Furthermore, the resulting PR coverage and buzz surrounding the initiative provided positive publicity for the credit union during the month.
